Affordable Luxury Apartments in Gurgaon

I feel that Luxury has been a loosely spoken word by the developers of Real Estate in Gurgaon. These days, you hear most of the developers talking about Luxury as a Prefix to all the apartments being built, the question is how many of these complexes will actually be True Luxury. I don't think any of them really understand the meaning or the inputs that need to go into creating truly luxurious apartments or homes.
